HR and Administration Manager

Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources and Administrative functions for a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include strategic HR planning, organizational development, administrative process optimization, factory logistics management, and ensuring regulatory compliance with local labor laws.

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源、行政或相关专业；

2. 具备10年以上人事行政管理经验，有中大型制造业或工厂管理背景者优先；

3. 精通中泰双语（听说读写），能够作为管理层进行有效沟通；

4. 深入了解泰国劳动法及相关政策，具备极强的执行力与组织规划能力。
